Short-term Project Assistant - Business Incubation Association in Tripoli

Responsibilities:

Assist project manager/team leader in the implementation of the project, including coordination of training sessions and in-kind grant distribution to 100 beneficiaries across different sectors.

Work with the project team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of project activities and meet the set project targets and objectives.

Support the project manager with organizing and coordinating logistics for project activities, including training sessions, workshops, and field visits.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including participant lists, attendance sheets, and progress reports.

Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and communicating project updates to stakeholders.

Assist with data collection and analysis, including conducting surveys and interviews with beneficiaries, and compiling data reports.

Collaborate with the communications team to document project activities and achievements through photos, videos, and stories for dissemination.

Assist in the procurement of in-kind grants for the NGO's program beneficiaries, ensuring that all goods and services are of high quality, meet the required specifications, and are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

Requirements:

at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably), business or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination and implementation, preferably in the development sector.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (especially excel).

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation concepts and tools is an added advantage.

Demonstrated commitment to gender equality, social inclusion, and community development.
