Call For Internship Application And Hosting Companies: Entrepreneurial Youth

 Call for Internship Applicants   CARE International is a leading humanitarian organization, fighting global poverty and providing lifesaving assistance in emergencies   Within the scope of CARE’s work it focuses on empowering and meeting the needs of women and girls and promoting gender equality.   CARE International in Lebanon is part of the LEADERS Consortium, which is running two projects focused on local economic empowerment and development to enhance resilience and social stability funded by the European Union MADAD Trust Fund and RDPP.. Under LEADERS, CARE International is working to match micro, small and medium enterprises with entrepreneurial youth.   CARE is aiming to support a total of 100 entrepreneurial youth with a two month paid internship at these enterprises.   This project focuses on pre senior,  senior year and recent alumni graduates of a maximum of two years graduation from universities and vocational institutions  from the following three municipalities: Bourj Hammoud, Dekwaneh, Jdeideh and Sed Baouchrieh, and in addition to Tripoli. The Sectors Targeted are: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and technical majors in the construction field (Electricians, Sanitary Works, Heating and Cooling, etc.) and the manufacturing industry. Under this project, the program will aim to have the internships running during June, July, and August, September however based on the matching process some internship might be starting earlier ie May. Under this internship program: A Full Time intern is required to complete 30 hours per week and a part time intern is required to complete 20 hours per week.   Note: Applications will be evaluated accordingly.
