Advocacy Expert for Capacity-Building Training

Caritas Lebanon is seeking an experienced Advocacy Expert Trainer to design and deliver an 8-week capacity-building program on human rights advocacy, policy development, and strategic communication. The expert should hold a master’s degree, have over 10 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong skills in adult learning, advocacy strategy, and cultural sensitivity. The assignment will be implemented in three phases: preparation, training delivery, and post-training evaluation.
