Caritas Lebanon kindly invites qualified consultants/companies to submit an offer to provide a workshop on the below mentioned Subject, as follows:

• Staff Self-care Awareness and Peer Support.

• Number of attendees: 8 persons

• Workshop purpose:

This workshop offers front liners an opportunity to:

• Increase their self-awareness regarding stress factors and ways they cope with stressful situations.
• Assess and evaluate their wellbeing.  
• Discover their support systems.
• Reflect on better ways to take care of own self.
• Organize and conduct peer support sessions ( action learning sets)
