Caritas Lebanon invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement for the provision of Medical Laboratories Tests to Caritas Lebanon’s Primary Health Care Centers located in Sin El Fil, Sed El Bauchrieh, Sarba, Reyfoun, Dahr El Ain, Tripoli, Saida, Tyr, Zahle and in Deir El Kamar.
Please note that the Laboratories should be located in the same geographical areas of the PHCCs

- Bids should be submitted in English by a sealed envelope labeled with the ITB# and Reference#.
- Deadline to submit offers is 24 April 2019 at 11:00 am
- Late submissions will not be considered.
- Any inquiry should be made before the deadline for submission by email to purchasing@Caritas.org.lb or by phone: 01-499767 ext. 3200
- All Annexes in the ITB should be properly filled, signed and stamped
- Interested parties please send an email requesting the RFQ.
Your offer shall comprise one technical offer and one financial offer; both offers must be sealed in two separate envelopes, which then should be sealed in a third envelope.
Offers not following this requirement may be disqualified.
