Pastry Chef Training Services

To Whom It May Concern,

Caritas Lebanon recommends the engagement of a Pastry Chef Trainer to conduct a vocational training program at its Educational Center in Fghal, Mount Lebanon, under the CILA project. The trainer should hold a degree or technical certificate in culinary studies, have proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, and possess at least two years of experience training youth with learning difficulties or disabilities. The selected professional will be responsible for delivering hands-on pastry sessions, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and fostering an inclusive learning environment consistent with Caritas Lebanon’s mission and values.
