Eligible Bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.

The Tender Documents are available only for Interested Eligible bidders who are required to send their commercial registrations by email to Purchasing@caritas.org.lb in order to receive the tender documents before deadline.

Offers should be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes to the following address:

Deadline to submit offers is on  24 August 2021 at 3:00 pm
