Table of requirements:

       Your quotation should clearly indicate the following;

• Currency of offer
• Ex-works unit price
• VAT (If applicable)
• Total price in USD
• Confirmed Schedule
• Validity of the offer (Preferably 30 days)
• Company’s profile (including past experience)

         Conditions of quotation:

Payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and services, by cheque only.

All suppliers and service providers doing business with Caritas Lebanon should maintain high standards on ethical and environmental issues, respect and apply basic human and social rights, ensure non-exploitation of child labour, and give fair working conditions to their staff. Caritas Lebanon reserves the right to reject quotations provided by suppliers not meeting these standards.

Vendors doing business with Caritas Lebanon will be screened on anti-corruption due diligence before Caritas Lebanon confirms and order or contract.

Caritas Lebanon aims to purchase products and services that have the lowest Environmental impact. Caritas Lebanon bases it supplier selection on objective and transparent criteria that include the consideration of environmental, social and ethical performance. Caritas Lebanon reserves the right to reject quotations provided by suppliers not meeting these standards.

Any invoice should include the MOF number of the company otherwise 2.25% will be deducted for any supplies purchased and 7.5% for each service provided.

Caritas Lebanon reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your quotation based on the information provided. Incomplete quotations which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered.

Shortlisted suppliers might be required to submit samples of each item. Please be sure to have all samples available at short notice, and wait for a response from Caritas Lebanon if you have been shortlisted.

Delivery Requirements:

Winning supplier(s) are requested to provide a Montessori Training in Fghal Center as the list mentioned in the table of requirements.
