Eligible Bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
The Tender Documents are available only for Interested Eligible bidders who are required to send their commercial registrations by email to Purchasing@caritas.org.lb in order to receive the tender documents before the mandatory site visit which is scheduled on Thursday 02 October 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Offers should be submitted by hand in sealed envelopes to the following address:
