“Caritas Lebanon wishes to solicit the services of an external to conduct the final evaluation of the project “Sustained health and protection interventions for Syrian refugees and Lebanese vulnerable.”
The External evaluator will conduct the evaluation between October 1st and December 13, 2019, date of submission of final report.”
