Administrative Assistant/reporting Officer - South

The Administrative Assistant contributes to the efficient day-to-day operations of the Organization office, and supports the work of management and other staff. In addition, as a reporting officer, he/she ensures the appropriate reporting on implemented activities, challenges and plans. DUTIES Reply to general information requests with the accurate information Sort incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries for distribution Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and packages Forward incoming general e-mails to the appropriate staff member Provide administrative support to management and other staff (filing, scanning, CRM, writing mails, Reports, etc…) Help the management preparing for any event or conference etc…) Share specific information related to our projects with CLMC’s partners Attend meetings and prepare relevant MOM Support the Project coordinator and team in writing the required reports on project’s implementation. SKILLS Business Skills Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally Excellent oral and written communication skills Anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of members and other clients to meet or exceed their expectations Work cooperatively and effectively with others Ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary Excellent time management skills; attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks by assessing situations to determine urgency Reporting skills Excellent written English skills Computer Skills Good typing skills in Arabic, French and English Micorsoft office all applications
