The Communication Officer is responsible for conveying information to internal and external audiences by preparing and producing messages and publications
DUTIES
Update social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter) and update social media content
Copyediting and proofreading publications and newsletters
Edit, prepare and send out relevant communications
Monitor media landscape and breaking news stories related to program activity issue management team and staff
Support in preparing press releases and responses to media enquiries
Prepare presentations and information folders for meetings and conferences, in cooperation with staff/ management
Support and develop communications material for the organization such as brochure, website, annual report, DVD, poster etc.
Represent the Organization at events and network with existing and potential partners
