MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Activities
- Assist in developing and maintaining relations with refugee community and host communities, local leaders
- Assist in planning work on a weekly and monthly basis
- Explain the project aims and objectives to the concerned in the community through daily contact and the organization of regular meetings and focus group discussions
- Assist in the preparation of outreach work and conduct frequently outreach counseling sessions with identified communities
- Coordinate with other CLMC staff on the field
- Support in administrative work when required
- Assist in planning for logistics related issues with the team
Generic Duties
- Follow Caritas Lebanon operational policy and procedures
- Respect the internal policies and procedures for example: dress code, attendance, discipline, etc.
- Complete schedules, activity planners, monitor staff availability and act against any shortfalls
- Resolve any staff issues and escalate any unresolved issue to the related manager
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
JOB KNOWLEDGE
Academic:
Bachelor Degree in education, social studies or any other related field
Other Qualifications:
Communication, writing, analytical and negotiation skills
Related Work Experience:
2 years of experience in related field
