Education Field Coordinator

The education field coordinator is responsible for coordination of education programming activities in a specific geographic area. Duties Performed: Responsible of program quality of the project’s implementation Training social workers Training Syrian outreach workers Coordination of all project activities in their geographic area Development of a monthly report to the Education project manager Daily Evaluation and follow up with social workers Monitoring of remedial classes and ALP Conducting field visits to the schools (where we are having Remedial and ALP.) Providing materials and worksheets whenever needed. Conducting meetings with the teachers whenever needed. Providing home visits and social interviews with the beneficiaries when needed. Weekly reporting to the supervisor. Qualifications and experience 2 years management experience in an NGO environment Knowledge  of international humanitarian systems, institutions and donors, and of procedures, accountability frameworks Solid project management skills  Excellent interpersonal, communication and  presentation skills Fluency in written and spoken English  and Arabic
