DUTIES:
- Supervise, implement and evaluate Non-Formal Education Programs in the field
- Contribute in preparing relevant documents (including Education guidance notes, lesson plans, evaluation documents, brochures, information notes, information board updates, documents relevant to payments) for target communities
- Participate in the planning of the education activities including focus groups, awareness sessions, trainings, and others
- Organize and conduct Education awareness sessions and capacity building trainings in collaboration with the project team and the donor
- Monitor tasks and referrals of the education team
- Provide timely and detailed reports of project activities to the Project Coordinator
- Participate in coordinating meetings with national and international institutions and education working group where appropriate and collaborate with partners and other agencies when required
- Compile and analyze the Educational/Learning outcome of the project monitoring (including children benefitting from the programs) and evaluate data
- Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and planning for ongoing project’s activities
- Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection as required
- Conduct regular field visits in order to ensure that the project is being implemented effectively
- Ensure that data is accurately collected on a daily/weekly and monthly basis by the team members
- Monitor the execution of projects on the field and provide staff with the support,guidance and capacity building to complete the assigned tasks
- Provide the Project Coordinator with timely (on a weekly/monthly basis) and detailed reports of project activities
- Handle the logistical requirements under the relevant component of the project
- Receive and accompany donors during field visits
- Any other duty required

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 5 years of experience in Teaching preferably non formal education programs
- Experience with NGOs working with Refugees and education programs
