Basic Function:  Purpose and Scope                                                                            Ensuring the timely provision of FI and NFIs to refugees in need.,                                                Duties Performed:                                                                                               Plan and carry out shelter and NFI needs assessments, in coordination with relevant stakeholders on the ground, and prepare assessment reports, including analysis and recommendations. Prepare distribution reports, including analysis and recommendations. Plan and participate in post-distribution monitoring exercises, and prepare reports. Attend all the coordination meetings related to F and NFI. Monitor stock levels against the prepositioning plan and ensure adequate levels are maintained across the country. Receive and manage NFI pipeline requests, referring to management for approval. Support dispatch of NFI stock in coordination with CLMC logistics, ensuring completion, accurate record keeping, and follow up on issues. Support procurement processes for F and NFI. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
