Field Coordinator

Supervise and evaluate activities of the program and the work of social workers on the field Propose and implement plans of works after discussion of strategies and approval of the project coordinator Contribute to establishing and implementing operational work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans  Assign tasks, to staff members of allocated area and provide follow up and guidance Facilitate the implementation of the project  Ensure smooth exchange between the social workers, beneficiaries and the community and provide technical support as needed Contribute in ongoing field assessments and data collection as required Provide information and advice for the team on existing services Collaborate with partners and other agencies when required Ensure positive communication with the team Liaise on a daily basis with Social workers, communities to guarantee the smooth operation of the program  Lead on community outreach activities and assist in the organization and implementation and conducting focus group discussions effectively Support quality implementation of activities through regular visits to the centers  Ensure that data is accurately collected on a Daily/weekly and monthly basis Maintain records, reports problems or concerns
