The Field Worker/Enumerator is responsible for conducting surveys to identify the eligibility status of vulnerable people and also to provide an overview of the vulnerability situation of each case
Duties:
Conduct assessment, survey or outreach activities as required
Refer cases that need follow-up to designated internal focal points
Participate in the field work and respond to beneficiaries’ queries with good knowledge of relevant information
Coordinate with other CL staff on the field
Support in administrative work when required
Report weekly and monthly on activities and results to the Office Coordinator
Experience in community sensitization /mobilization
Ability to work under pressure
Team spirit and flexibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills and attention to details
Business Skills:
Strong capacity in sharing information and keeping always concerned people informed
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office-all applications
