Field Worker - Zahle

OBJECTIVE:

The Field Worker is responsible for overseeing the operation and execution of activities on the field level.  He/she liaises and reports to the Youth Field Coordinator and the Project Coordinator

DUTIES:

• Identify a group of youth who are willing to commit to the project
• Constantly empower and mentor the youth members of the project committee
• Assist the youth members in conducting assessments and interviews with Local authorities in order to identify the needs of the area
• Create and manage work schedules
• Work towards ensuring operative qualitative projects while reaching the targets set
• Manage field work and respond to youth and beneficiaries’ queries with good knowledge of relevant information
• Coordinate with other youth groups and youth leaders in different areas of the project
• Support in administrative, procurement and finance work when required
• Report weekly and monthly on activities and results to the Project Coordinator
• Refer SGBV and CP cases detected during the activities to the Social Worker

• Perform any other task as assigned by the Project Coordinator

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social work and working with youth groups
