Hr Officer

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing support in HR functions relating to recruitment and personnel.   DUTIES Recruitment and selection Advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments Prepare job offers for new recruits Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives Provide Employees with guidance and support on employment and  HR policy matters Ensure probationary evaluation is conducted with direct supervisor for new recruits under probation Ensure that all required information and records relating to employees are promptly updated Manage training aspects (coordination with the training center, selecting the venue etc….) Follow up on all NSSF tasks and updated all required documents Personnel Handle personnel files (creation and continual update) Preparing the attendance report of staff members Handle legal issues related to HR different procedures:  application of Lebanese Labor Laws, Company’s internal regulations, public holidays, NSSF, certificates of work & salaries, etc… Manage leave days of all staff Data recording Update CV(s)database   BUSINESS SKILLS Good organizational and interpersonal skills Strong Recruitment skills Ability to interpret, analyze, and explain the official framework employment regulation Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator Good negotiating and influencing skills in implementing personnel policies Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures Full accountability for own tasks Strong understanding of Labor law and NSSF regulations Exhibit ownership and loyalty   COMPUTER SKILLS Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word
