Inclusion Coordinator - Sin el Fil (Repost)

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to support disability inclusion within CL’s ongoing projects in Beirut & Mount Lebanon in addition to being responsible for the inclusion of people with disabilities including children and older persons in CL’s programs.

MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the outreach workers to identify and work with Persons With Disabilities (PWDs)
• Data entry for the information gathered by the outreach workers
• Visit CL’s Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCCs) in Beirut & Mount Lebanon whenever needed
• Promote disability diversity and inclusion
• Provide support and guidance to PWDs and ensure their needs are met
• Follow up with PWDs through satisfaction surveys

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree / Technical Degree
• Strong understanding of disability sector (Types and needs of disability)
• Ability to communicate and inspire others
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, efficient task prioritization and time management
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with PWDs (Including children and older persons)
• Basic knowledge in inclusion and understanding of PWDs rights (Including the Lebanese Public Law 220/2000, entitling PWDs for comprehensive livelihood services)
• Good understanding of English
• Computer literacy (MS Office, WORD, EXCEL, PP, e-mail, Internet)
• Very good communication skills
