Deliverables:
- Provide Clinical supervision in 10 Primary healthcare centers all across Lebanon: Mont-Lebanon, Zahle, South, and North. 2 hours of supervision will be conducted on a monthly basis with each psychologist (8).
- Provide one on one technical support that involves the psychologist in case discussion and analysis.
- Ensure psychologists are providing effective and ethical services.
- Contribute to the revision of patients’ treatment plans, improvement, and case closure.
- Contribute to the decision-making process of ethical dilemmas arising during supervision.
- Provide on a regular basis a Monthly Supervision Report to the MH coordinator.
- Provide every 3 month a Summary Report on the general technical challenges and the recommendations to be taken into consideration

Skills:
- Trained on and able to provide Clinical Supervision on evidence-based psychotherapies.
- Trained and able to provide Clinical Supervision on Psycho-analytic Based Approaches is a Plus.
- Skilled in Mental health in complex emergencies (IASC guidelines, Psychological First Aid, mhGAP, Crisis Management Protocols, Clinical Management of Suicidal Risk in MH service users…)
- Familiar with CP and GBV guiding principles of interventions
- Specialized in at least one evidence-based approach (e.g., CBT, Trauma Focused-CBT, IPT, EMDR)
Knowledge and Experience
- Developing a family-centered, goal and strength-focused, recovery-oriented care plan
- Biopsychosocial model in mental health
- Community-based approach in mental health
- Human rights-based approach to mental health
- Evidence-based approach in mental health (e.g., IPT, CBT,TF,CBT, EMDR)
- Knowledge about the predictable stresses of humanitarian aid work and the policies and practices needed to mitigate them
- At least 7 years as a psychotherapist and 2 years of supervision.

- A completed clinical training/practicum in a university center consisting of at least 100 hours of training under supervision and 300 hours of applied training
- Obtained a Lebanese colloquium certificate for clinical psychologists
- Obtained a License to practice the clinical psychology profession from the Ministry of Public Health
