JOB SUMMARY
Supporting legal team by conducting legal duties, drafting documents organizing and maintaining files assisting and providing legal counseling, playing crucial role in the legal process by providing necessary legal information helping to streamline case management and support legal proceedings.
RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS
- Receive walk-in cases that come directly to the main center.
- Participate in the hotline service on a rotating basis with other lawyers.
- Open and create case files on Dynamics.
- Maintain full coordination with the lawyers within the respective legal department.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department HOD & Officer to whom they report.
- Conduct awareness-raising interviews.
- Carry out all necessary follow-ups with the GeneralSecurity, embassies, ministries,and hospitals.
- Attend regular meetings scheduled by the Legal Department.
- Contact clients directly to complete case files and schedule appointments.
- Ensure presence at field centers in Beirut, BML, NORTH, SOUTH, BEKAA and receive cases there when requested.
- Prepare and maintain tables/lists related to General Security files, birth registration cases, and follow up with mukhtars and civil registry offices.
- Assist lawyers when needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Use Excel,PowerPoint, and data entry/extraction tools fororganization and reporting.
- Provide legal consultations and awareness sessions in Caritas centers when requested.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Law.
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
