Provide psychological services for migrants and refugees
Provide individual (adults, adolescents and children), family, and/or group psychotherapy
Provide clinical interviews, diagnosis, reports and recommendations
Help emotionally and mentally disturbed individuals cope with and function in life
Provide direct psychosocial support and refer internally and externally as needed, respecting confidentiality and the right of the beneficiary
Administer and interpret a variety of psychological tests and assessment instruments
Interface with families, treatment team members and case management
Conduct discussion group, focus group with individuals, families
Conduct group therapies
Conduct psychosocial activities
Conduct awareness sessions with beneficiaries
Work directly with the social worker to develop intervention plans and follow up at the home level
Address needs and requests in a professional way
Report any incident or act that causes any harm to beneficiary or to others
Always respect a refusal of treatment
