Tasks and responsibilities
- Review and finalize the previously developed psychomotor therapy SOP including tools.
- Coordinate with MEAL Officer on how to adapt tools for monitoring purposes.
- Harmonize file organization and case documentation in coordination with the consultant for speech therapy.
- Train therapists on the new SOP.
- Monitor their correct application in the 7 Primary healthcare centers all across Lebanon: Mount-Lebanon, Zahle and North.
- Report directly to MH Coordinator/the head of health department.

Experience required
- At least 5 years as a Psychomotor Therapist and 2 years of supervision.
- 2 years’ experience in NGO work environment
Skills and Qualifications
- MA in Psychomotor Therapy (Required)
- MBA in Healthcare Management/Public Health/Quality (Preferred)
- Trained on and able to provide Supervision in psychomotor therapy
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Interviewing skills
- Ability to develop rapport with the staff
- Excellent communication, problem solving, Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and good time management
- Analytical skills, and ability to think critically
- Patience, Trustworthiness, Empathy
Languages and Computer skills
- Microsoft office package and basic web applications
- Fluency in Arabic and in English, French is a plus
