Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support  Duties Provide telephone and receptionist services Answering the telephone and taking messages or referring callers to others Receives visitors to the office/center Performs routine typing and clerical duties Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Schedule appointments Provide office assistance as requested by Direct Supervisor Provide administrative assistance to support project staff and programming Business Skills Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally Excellent oral and written communication skills Good organization skills Customer service orientation Excellent Telephone skills Work under pressure Excellent time management skills; attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks by assessing situations to determine urgency Computer Skills  Microsoft office – all applications Good typing skills in Arabic, French and English
