Reporting Officer/admin Assistant

Duties Performed: Help to identify and analyze calls for proposal  Assist in elaborating concept notes, projects and budgets according to donors’ templates and requirements Conduct monitoring of ongoing projects in coordination with heads of programs and centers Write monitoring reports, in a timely manner by respecting deadlines and according to donors’ templates and requirements Participate and represent CLMC in meetings, seminars and events Keep a detailed and consolidated schedule of all assignments Oversee all aspects of general office coordination. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries related to the project Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing related to the project. Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences. Attend meetings as requested in order to record minutes. Support staff in assigned project‐based work. Other duties as assigned by the project officer.
