Generation/monitoring of accurate financial statements
Proper record keeping of inflows, outflows, and receipts
Proper administration of payroll, reconciliation with government declaration to NSSF
monitor and support taxation requirements
Develop and maintain financial database
Maintaining a clear audit trail of all supporting documentation
Assist external auditors by providing necessary documentation for monthly and year-end review/audit
Coordinate with administrative & program managers’ staff ensuring accurate cash management/control including petty cash/checks to secure that staff has necessary amounts to meet monthly petty cash needs
Perform general administrative tasks including organization and filing of donor contracts, HR files, legal paperwork, employee records, create a central filing system for donor contracts etc.
Assist in developing and monitoring budgets
Ensure all government requirements are filed in a timely and accurate manner
Perform other duties of similar nature as requested by management
