Teachers Supervisor (Part Time) - PM Shift

OBJECTIVE:

The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the education team in the overall implementation of the education project in Dbaye center - Mount Lebanon. S/he will assist the teachers (Computer and Homework Support) in providing the service and will oversee the full schedule and attendance of the students. The supervisor will also manage all aspects of the programs including the parents’ relationships. The candidate will closely work with the community to ensure community mobilization and engagement throughout the implementation of the activity.

 

DUTIES:

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of the education program including: outreach, community mobilization, parents’ meeting, consultation with partners and other actors
  • Identify children in need of the service and ensure their registration and enrolment in the program
  • Handle work-related data entry and input
  • Ensure proper monitoring of the implementation process of the project
  • Support the capacity building and learning process of the teachers and appraise the performance according to key performance indicators
  • Refer specific cases to different services whenever required
  • Perform any other tasks required in the framework of the education program and activities

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • 3-5 years of working experience in teaching preferably Arabic, English and Mathematics
  • Experience working with other vulnerable groups
  • Experience in community mobilization
