Job description summary:  The CRS office in Lebanon is currently looking for a Finance Officer (FO) who will work on development and humanitarian projects, as part of its team covering activities in several countries in the Middle East and North Africa.  The FO will assist the Finance Manager in: developing proposal budgets; planning, tracking progresses and report on project financial aspects; following up on project advances to partners; training partner staff on finance topics.  Specific requirements: Lebanese citizenship; Relevant university degree; Excellent English and Arabic, including writing (French is a plus); Two years of relevant experience; Immediate availability (maximum one month); Past experience in the NGO field is desirable.  Note: Shortlisted candidates are expected to undergo a preliminary written test on July 19, 2013.
