Meal Manager

Job description summary: Under the supervision and guidance of the Programs Coordinator and supported by Regional Technical Advisor for MEAL, the MEAL Manager will be responsible for ensuring high quality MEAL for all projects and programs managed and implemented by CRS/Lebanon and its outreach countries. S/he will be expected to work closely with CRS staff and partners on establishing MEAL systems and processes that are user-oriented, responsive to management and donor needs, and appropriate to project complexity.  Tasks include: lead/support design and implementation of need assessments, gender analysis, stakeholder analysis, etc.; develop/support development of Results Frameworks, ProFrames, M&E Plans, and MEAL narrative in proposals; work with project teams to establish and use transparent, high quality accountability mechanisms throughout project cycle.; establish and maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with local partners; promote appropriate involvement of partners at all stages of the project cycle, especially MEAL activities. Specific Requirements: Lebanese citizenship; Excellent English and Arabic, including written (French is a plus); Five years of NGO experience. Master degree in a directly related field, such as development; significant work experience in a directly related field will be considered in lieu of graduate degree.
