Job description summary:

The PM I will manage programming for CRS Lebanon Country Program’s (CP) Protection programming, particularly for emergency care shelters for SGBV survivors and UASC, ensuring effective systems and processes are in place that support high-quality programming advancing Catholic Relief Services’ (CRS) work in serving the poor and vulnerable. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming.

Specific Requirements:

• Lebanese citizenship.
• Master's Degree in International Development, International Relations or in the field of Protection and/or Social Work required. Additional experience may substitute for some education.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant field-based experience managing complex Protection projects required, preferably with an international NGO.
• Extensive experience in project grants management, including project design, for grants from multiple donors.
• Demonstrated ability to write high quality reports and proposals.
• Experience engaging with high capacity partner organizations, both field and senior-level staff
• MEAL skills and experience required.
• Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
• Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
• Excellent English and Arabic, including written (French is a plus).
