Project Manager

The Project Manager will assume responsibility of managing and contributing to high quality implementation and successful management of relationships with the project partners in support of the awarded grant.  Under the supervision and guidance of the supervisor and supported by project staff, the PM will be responsible for overall management, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of grant/project activities as per detailed implementation and M&E plan. Tasks include:oversee specific and clearly defined project activitiesleading to successful implementation, including financial, programmatic, and staffing responsibilities; support partners toset high quality performance targets ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices;use appropriate project management tools to plan, review and track progress on project implementation as well as on the utilization of project resources; ensure the development and implement strong M&E systems using appropriate CRS tools and resources to maximize project impact on beneficiaries.  Competencies: CRS employees (1)builds and leads effective teams; (2) supervises and develops program staff; (3)leads growth in programs; (4) focuses on quality. Specific Requirements: Lebanese citizenship; Excellent English and Arabic, including written (French is a plus); 5 years of NGO experience. Master degree in a directly related field, such as development; significant work experience in a directly related field will be considered in lieu of graduate degree.
