Project Manager – Team Leader

The CRS office in Lebanon is currently looking for a Project Manager – Team Leader (PM) who will work as the leader of a team fully dedicated to strengthening management systems and staff capacity of partner faith-based NGOs. Under the supervision of the Country Representative and in coordination with relevant colleagues and experts, the PM will lead the team in supporting partners to establish a strategic operational framework and ensure overall quality standards in management systems and project implementation. The PM will have a specific focus on HR systems and practices. The PM will be in charge of overall coordination of capacity building initiatives for partners’ staff. Finally, the PM shall support partners in coordinating with peers and networking and liaising with donors. * Availability to travel up to 40% of the working time * Availability in 30 days * Minimum 5 years of past experience in the NGO field.
