Technical Advisor – Program Quality

The CRS office in Lebanon is currently looking for a Technical Advisor – Program Quality (TA) who will work as part of a team fully dedicated to strengthening management systems and staff capacity of partner faith-based NGOs. Under the supervision of a Team Leader and in coordination with relevant technical experts, the TA will work on supporting partners to ensure quality standards in project design, proposal development, project implementation and reporting, with a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation, learning and accountability. In the same framework, the TA shall also plan and implement capacity building initiatives on program quality for partners’ staff.  Competencies: CRS employees (1) serve with integrity; (2) model stewardship; (3) develop constructive relationships; (4) promote learning.  Specific requirements: Lebanese citizenship / or / Residency and work permit in Lebanon; Minimum 4 years of NGO experience on humanitarian and development projects; Excellent Arabic and English, including writing (French is a plus); Availability to travel abroad up to 30% of the working time; Availability in 30 days.
