Technical Advisor – Program Quality

The CRS office in Lebanon is currently looking for a Technical Advisor – Program Quality (TA) who will work as part of a team fully dedicated to strengthening management systems and staff capacity of partner faith-based NGOs. Under the supervision of a Project Manager and in coordination with relevant technical experts, the TA will work on supporting partners to ensure quality standards in project design, proposal development, project implementation and reporting, with a strong focus on monitoring and evaluation, learning and accountability. In the same framework, the TA shall also plan and implement capacity building initiatives on program quality for partners’ staff. * Availability to travel abroad up to 30 % of the working time; * Minimum 4 years of past experience in the NGO field; * French is a plus; * Availability in 30 days
