Family Agent

Brief Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assessing the social situation of the beneficiaries and working at admissions
• Following up with resident’s families, clarifying treatment stages and approach through all recovery stages and various interventions.
• Following up legal matters of the beneficiaries.
• Handling social empowerment activities
• Assuming administrative and reporting responsibilities.
• Might hold individual or group sessions
• Translating the values and culture of the organization and looking after secure environment and promoting health. Ensuring that the ethical and professional standards of care and practices are met

Education: BA in Social Work or Family counseling. A Master degree is a plus.

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant “substance abuse and addiction recovery programs” social work or service, in health care, NGO programs or educational organizations.
