Rehabilitation Program Coordinator

Basic functions: 1-Coordinates and supervises the center’s administrative and supportive (maintenance, purchasing, inventory) duties, including coordination between center staff, work schedules, recording and reporting systems. 2-Coordinates and supervises the execution of the rehabilitation program through mentoring daily rehabilitation activities (including workshops and sessions) 3-Ensures the proper implementation of various sectors’ processes in center: family follow up, health care, vocational training, psychological counseling, spiritual coaching and social empowerment. 4-Might hold individual or group sessions 5-Translates the values and culture of the organization and looking after secure environment and promoting health. 6-Participates in trainings and research related to CDLL needs. 7-Ensures that the ethical and professional standards are met. 8-Undertakes any other task in line with this position.   Job Requirements Age                 : 35-50 Gender           : Female Education       : Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, Humanities, Education or  Social Work. Skills               : Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English and French   Computer: Competent in using Word, Excel and Power Point Experience:  Five years experience primarily in jobs related to management and administration in NGOs, social and health activities. Managerial experience in HR or education is an asset. Expertise in substance abuse rehabilitation and counseling is appreciable.
