Reintegration Program Coordinator

REINTEGRATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR IN THE DRUG ADDICTION REHABILITATION PROGRAM Main Responsibilities Coordinates and supervises RP actions and procedures Coaches the RP beneficiaries in their reintegration process and building up of a new life project Ensures both individual counseling and group therapy Guides beneficiaries in handling their jobs, studies, relations, social and leisure commitments with a particular emphasis on accounting and accountability Participates in team coordination and recovery meetings Assumes some research upon request Flexible in time (available some evenings or weekends) to meet institutional requirements and beneficiary requests Should participate in trainings offered by the management  Available for other duties when needed Education BA in psychology, social work, education (mainly specialized education). Psychotherapy and Master are a plus. Experience  A minimum of five years experience in relevant areas as psychotherapy, social work, counseling, specialized education. Experience in community, member of Scout or Christian movement or Red Cross or other is a plus.   Other requirements & skills Gender: male or female Age: 27 and above Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English & French Computer skills:  Competent in using Word, Excel and Power Point     Personal attributes Committed Christian, honest, transparent, patient and humble Excellent communication skills, team player, creative, multi-task oriented Strong sense of responsibility and  accountability Handles crises and emergency situations and adapts to change. Additional Information   This position requires some evening attendances and the availability of a car at work. Contract Part-time or Full-time
