The conference will provide a platform for students in Lebanon and Egypt to share their civic engagement projects with the intent to inform and empower one another, to brainstorm more effective means of engaging with communities, to bring community engagement to the forefront of higher education in the Arab world, and to lobby for civic engagement requirements for education.
