The USAID-funded Lebanon Agriculture and Rural Empowerment (ARE) Activity, implemented by Chemonics International, aims to develop rural economies in Lebanon through support to the agro-food sector and other industries to unlock local and export sales potential while also creating jobs and increasing farmers' and workers' incomes.
Chemonics through this Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals from companies and organizations to provide Media Campaign(s) Services.
Chemonics anticipates issuing one award under this solicitation. The award will be in the form of a Firm Fixed Price Subcontract.

All questions regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to procurement@lebanonare.org no later than 5:00 PM Beirut Time on April 28, 2023.
Proposal Conference. An online proposal conference will be held on May 10, 2023 to provide interested offerors an opportunity to learn more about ARE and to ask any questions about this RFP and the solicitation process. Chemonics welcomes any organization to attend this proposal conference. Offerors wishing to attend the proposal conference must register their interest in attending (as well as the names and emails of representatives wishing to attend) by emailing procurement@lebanonare.org no later than 5:00 PM Beirut Time on May 03, 2023. A calendar invitation will be circulated to all potential offerors who register their interest in participating by the above deadline.
Proposal Submission Date. All proposals must be received by 5:00 PM Beirut Time on May 17, 2023. Late offers will be considered at the discretion of Chemonics.
