Community Support Program (CSP) - Amendment #1 to RFP# TO3-19-007 / Request for Proposal for Technical Assistance for the Operation and Maintenance of Equipment

Chemonics International Inc. is a lead global implementer for programs funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Chemonics Beirut is implementing a new USAID program in Lebanon, the Community Support Program (CSP).

Under the Technical Assistance Component, TO3, CSP aims to build the capacity of the beneficiary communities to be able to maintain CSP-funded equipment, infrastructure, facility operations, or other similar assistance for at least two years after the completion of a CSP-funded intervention.

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), CSP seeks to select one or more capacity-building Service Provider(s) (SP) to design and deliver the technical assistance to Lebanese organizations (municipalities/unions, CSOs, CBOs etc.). The objective is to improve the latter’s skills in the maintenance and operation of the equipment and items funded and delivered by the CSP program.

The equipment are divided into six categories, as follows:

Category 1- Water Equipment

Category 2- Solar Equipment

Category 3- Agricultural Equipment

Category 4- Electrical Supply

Category 5- Heaters

Category 6- Broom

As part of the USAID-funded Community Support Program in Lebanon (CSP), Chemonics is inviting firms to submit proposals for the provision of Technical Assistance Services for the Operation and Maintenance of Equipment.

Interested companies shall request the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents by sending an email to cspprocurement@lebanoncsp.org  with "Amendment 1 to RFP-CSP-TO3-19-007";  in the email subject line.

A Q&A session for prospective applicants will be held on January 21, 2020 from 10:00 – 12:00 noon at the Padova Hotel. RSVP to CSPProcurement@lebanoncsp.org by Monday 20, 2020 before 4:00 PM.

The deadline for Submitting the proposals is at 12:00 noon on January 31, 2020.
