Assist with bank reconciliation. Maintain accounting central files Petty cash reconciliation and replenishment Enters petty cash entries into Abacus under the supervision of Operations Manager Enters locals (Bills, Pay bills, JVs) into Abacus under the supervision of Operations Manager Assures that all back-up and approvals are available before Operations Manager makes payment Contact beneficiary of checks for pick-up Scans accounting documents General assistance to the Operations Manager with things such as expense reports, travel advances, and contact with vendors, and Other duties as assigned.
