Project Background
The Lebanon Community Support Program (CSP) is a multi-year project funded by USAID to support municipalities and underserved and vulnerable communities in providing better services and enhanced economic opportunities to improve lives and reduce tensions that contribute to conflict and violence, primarily in Lebanon’s North, South, and Bekaa regions.
Summary of Position
The Forms and Templates Designer is expected to update and upgrade the design of existing forms and introduce new forms that might be needed to process interns’ through CSP. The Forms and Templates Designer will develop print-ready and data-enabled forms for CSP’s Internship Program using Adobe Acrobat. The forms include but are not limited to, internship announcement, application form, internship report, internship evaluation, etc.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Update, design and customize an internship application form that includes all needed information about the interns such as, name, university name, major, university status, email, phone number, etc.
- Develop a well-structured internship completion report template that includes the intern’s overall feedback on the internship experience, achievements, challenges, impact, etc.
- Restructure the internship announcement that is being sent to universities.
- Redesign the existing internship evaluation form and internship certificate.
- Ensure that all developed forms meet the requirements of the internship program and are compliant with the HR rules and regulations of the Lebanese Law.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Formal Education, Organizational development, Business, or related field; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
- Strong background with Adobe Acrobat, PDF design, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Office.
- Experience in developing forms and report templates.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested individual experts shall have the capacity to enter a short-term technical assistance (STTA) contract and shall have a satisfactory performance record and record of integrity and business ethics.
Ineligible Experts:
- Government employees.
- Individual experts that appear on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Non-Procurement Programs.
Location of the Assignment
The expert will be working remotely and is expected to meet with CSP TO 3 team at CSP offices in Sin-El-Fil whenever needed.

The expert will be reporting to TO 3 Director
