Invitation to Bid for Drilling, Casing and Testing a Water Well in Majdlayya – District of Zgharta (North Lebanon) (Works Contract)
CISP, an Italian NGO, within a project funded by the European Union (TF-MADAD / 2016/T04.20), for the implementation of a humanitarian aid operation, is planning to enhance the access to safe drinking water for the population living in Majdlayya, located in the District of Zgharta (North Lebanon), through the Drilling, Casing and Testing of a new Water Well.
CISP intends to select a Contractor for Drilling, Casing and Testing of the new Water Well.

How to Apply
Eligible Bidders are those registered with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance and, also, having a maximum one-year-old EITHER Grade 1 OR Grade 2 Classification Certificate for Drilling Wells, issued by the Ministry of Water and Energy.
The Tender Documents will be available, upon the presentation of a copy of the Grade 1 OR Grade 2 Classification Certificate for Drilling Wells, issued by the Ministry of Water and Energy, from the 15th of December 2017, until the 4th of January 2018, at the following address:

It should be noted, that a MANDATORY Site Inspection Visit will take place, on the 8th of January 2018.
