Project Coordinator Assistant

CISP is looking for a Project Coordinator Assistant for Shelter in South Lebanon. Duty station will be Tyre with frequent field visits in all South Lebanon and possible participation to coordination meetings in Beirut and where requested. CISP is an Italian NGO working in Lebanon since almost twenty years. The Organization has different ongoing projects and offices in Beirut, Tripoli, Tyr and Marjaayoun. Since end of 2012 CISP was granted funds to give support to refugees entering in Lebanon as consequence of the Syrian Crisis. The Assistant will support the project coordinator in the following: Prepare the work plan and monitoring activities Compile weekly, monthly, interim and final reports to the Donor Prepare list of distribution of NFI with all connected documents (personalized receipts for beneficiaries) Draft contracts, MoUs and agreements with suppliers, landlords, beneficiaries, etc. Prepare Tender documents Support coordination among staff and represent eventually the project coordinator at the coordination tables organized by the donors Act as interpreter or translator when necessary Any other duty relevant for the good management of the project that the Project Coordinator consider feasible on the base of the assessed capacities of the incumbent. Minimum requirements: University Degree with very good knowledge of administrative processes Knowledge of management of stocks including stock accounting Good knowledge of MS office package including mailing options and management of database Fluency in Arabic (mother tongue) and English both spoken and written The candidates will be tested even in writing for the ability to write concise and precise reports. Good knowledge of procurement procedures. Knowledge of procurement procedures of UNHCR and other UN Agencies will be considered an asset. Driving license Experience: minimum three years in similar positions or in jobs related to organization of work.
