Task 2: Design
Design website including homepage, subpages, and listed features
Task 3: Coordination
Guarantee quality and precision in collaboration with programmer

The Consultant should possess the following minimum qualifications:
a. Academic Qualifications:
• University degree strictly in Graphic/web Design
• Advanced skills of computer based design and use of required software
• Very good level of English
b. Years of Experience:
• At least 8 years of professional working experience in similar design works including mainly website design and online presence & identity
• Portfolio should be provided (Samples of latest work from different projects/institutions including but not limited to web design)
c. Competencies:
• Experience with applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark
• Knowledge of web design, content management system and information structuring
