Field Technical Officer

Basic Function: Purpose and Scope The candidate must have experience in construction activities; mainly finishing works, BoQs preparation, read drawings, follow up workers.   Duties Performed: Coordinate with the team in the field Follow up technical matters related to the construction activities in the field Preparation of schedules with the coordinators and the project managers Preparation of payment requests related to completed activities Monitoring of the execution of projects on the field Monthly/weekly Reporting (or more if necessary) to the project manager and engineers Participation in all coordination meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, report back to the main office Should maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, donor, and agency information Support staff in assigned project based work. Other duties as assigned by management Receive and accompany donors and other visitors to field visits Weekly reports on special cases identified Managing the stock in each center and sending lists of updated stock weekly Organize events in the field and coordinate with other NGOs, municipalities, and others
