Job Summary   To take care of Concern flats and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep Concern flats in a clean and orderly condition.   Duties and Responsibilities Bedrooms and living rooms (daily) – dust, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, clean ceiling vents Bathroom (daily) – clean floors, tiles, basin, toilet, bath/shower. Kitchen (daily) – floors, counters, tiles. Refrigerator and stove (weekly) – clean Perform and document routine inspection. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Upon request switch bed covers and sheets. Make sure rooms are ready to be accommodated whenever we have a visitor or an expat new staff. Make adjustments and minor repairs Follow all health and safety regulations Monthly deep cleaning of each flat including Windows cleaning. Skills, Qualifications, Experience and Attitude Required Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity Commitment to humanitarian principles and values Commitment to Concern equal opportunity and gender practices
