Maintenance And Storekeeper

Job Summary The main purpose of the position is to ensure that the warehouse is managed to required standards and that regular maintenance is carried out in the offices and residences.   Duties and Responsibilities   Warehousing Receiving and recording stock movement in and out of stores. Verifying goods specifications with suppliers and completing appropriate documentation Maintaining the security of stocks and access to warehouses Follow up with suppliers and transporters about deliveries and problems Maintenance of daily stock documentation / records as per Concern and donor requirements Production of monthly stock reports Reconciliation of stocks periodically and reporting on any discrepancies Ensuring store is always clean and accessible Maintenance   Ensure that all equipment is in working order in the offices and residences Log all complaints received and ensure all are dealt with appropriately Follow up with landlords as necessary Ensure fire extinguishers are maintained in working order Carry out maintenance as needed   Skills, Qualifications, Experience and Attitude Required   Three years relevant work experience Strong numeracy skills Native Arabic speaker Good written and spoken English Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality The ability to prioritize competing demands.
